Video shows aircraft wreckage in Potomac River as the sun rises near Washington, DC, after the collision between an American Airlines jet and a US Army Black Hawk helicopter. Emergency authorities have switched to a “recovery effort” and there are not believed to be any survivors from the incident, according to the DC Fire and EMS Chief.
