Footage of a deadly officer-involved shooting provided by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released Tuesday shows officers shouting verbal commands before firing the fatal shots. Officers found the suspect, later identified as Phillip Pitts, 41, choking his wife. Officer David Nesheiwat, 33, fired four shots. Pitts later died from his injuries at UMC Trauma. His wife also was hit by a bullet.
